Our story
From Piemonte to your morning.
Alba means dawn in Italian. It is also a small town in Piemonte, in the hills where mornings start slowly and coffee is never rushed.
We started with one idea: the coffee you make at home should taste like the one you order standing at the bar in a small Italian town. So we take Colombian beans and roast them in Piemonte, in two styles. A dark roast for espresso and moka, and a light roast for filter.
Every pouch carries the same drawing: two couples, one cup, one light. That is what the first coffee of the day is for.
